Continuous improvements

In 2017, we revised our sustainability policy and requirements. The requirements are implemented in our strategies and business goals, advocated when representing Wilhelmsen on boards and used as requirements in mergers and acquisitions and investment decisions. In 2018, we will continue to build internal competence and robust reporting systems based on this policy.

We will also utilise external partners, shareholder meetings and stakeholder engagement for advice and to identify ways to improve.

We will periodically review and update guidelines and standards for managers, employees, customers, suppliers, subsidiaries, joint ventures and business partners, clearly expressing the group’s expectations regarding material aspects of sustainability.
