Massterly, a joint venture between Kongsberg Maritime and Wilhelmsen, is the world's first autonomous shipping company that will change the ballgame of the maritime environment.

Diana Wilhelmsen Management Limited, is a 50/50 joint venture between Diana Shipping Inc. and Wilhelmsen Ship Management. Established in May 2015 and is currently managing five Panamax, one Post Panamax, and three Cape Size dry bulk carriers, as well as two container vessels.
