Continuous improvements

In 2018, we revised our sustainability policy and requirements based on the new materiality assessment. The requirements are implemented in our strategies and business goals, advocated when representing Wilhelmsen on boards and used as requirements in mergers and acquisitions and investment decisions.

In 2019, we will implement our planned activities particularly in the high materiality topics and be transparent in the outcomes. We will also continue to build internal competence and robust reporting systems based on the sustainability policy. Through periodically reviewing and updating guidelines and standards for managers, employees, customers, suppliers, subsidiaries, joint ventures and business partners, we clearly communicate our expectations regarding material aspects of sustainability.
