Treasure ASA is a Norwegian public limited liability company. The company holds 12.04% ownership interest in Hyundai Glovis through Den Norske Amerikalinje AS (NAL), a wholly-owned subsidiary.
Wilhelmsen owns a majority share in Treasure ASA of 73.5%.

WilNor governmental services
WilNor Governmental Services provides military logistics services both in Norway and internationally. Wilhelmsen owns 51% of the company directly, with the remaining 49% owned through NorSea Group.

Wilhelmsen’s original investment in logistics assets now being part of Qube dates back to 2007. Wilhelmsen has been a financial investor in Qube Holdings Limited since it was listed on ASX in 2011.

LoRa AS
LoRa AS is a company dedicated to the implementation of the LoRa technology. Partnering with The Things Industries (TTI), Wilhelmsen (through LoRA AS) has selected Semtech’s popular LoRa technology as the foundation for its new global 2.4GHz maritime IoT network to deliver an ecosystem of cost-effective, robust and proven IoT solutions and make them available to its diverse global customer base at “land and sea”.
LoRa is a wholly owned company by RaaLabs. Wilhelmsen owns 100% of RaaLabs.
