Wilhelmsen Port Services and C-Zero Maritime Partners to Advance Port Call Emission Transparency
The MOU agreement enables C-Zero Maritime to integrate Wilhelmsen Port Services’ Platform 13 technology into its offering — delivering supplier-level emissions visibility and helping organizations make more informed decisions across their port call workflows.
“By combining the technology and data insights of Platform 13 with C-Zero Maritime’s expertise in environmental markets, we are providing users with the tools they need to make better decisions aligned with their company values and needs,” said Neal de Roche, President of Wilhelmsen Port Services. “It’s about enabling greater transparency where it matters most — at the operational level.”
Developed by Wilhelmsen Port Services, Platform 13 is a web application that enables customers to access the supply chain footprint and estimated Scope 3 emissions tied to the port calls. It provides valuable insights into costs and greenhouse gas emissions through increased transparency on supplier information – enhancing the understanding of environmental impacts and performance.

“Partnering with Wilhelmsen Port Services and gaining access to Platform 13’s technology gives us the ability to turn complex port data into practical action for our customers,” says Bruce Brown, Director of C-Zero Maritime. “Our aim is to empower organisations with transparent data and credible market solutions that help them align operational performance with reporting frameworks, while contributing to the global decarbonisation efforts.”
The collaboration between Wilhelmsen Port Services and C-Zero Maritime marks a step forward in improving the quality and availability of emissions data across global port calls, providing organizations the ability to act with greater clarity and consistency — without adding complexity to their operations.

The MOU was signed in Oslo during Nor-Shipping 2025, a key industry event that brought together maritime leaders to explore the future of maritime services. The agreement strengthens Wilhelmsen Port Services’ focus in offering innovative solutions that support the evolving needs of its customers and partners.
