Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding Invest AS (WWHI), is a fully owned subsidiary of Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA. WWHI was established in 2011 as a vehicle for investments in activities outside the scope of Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA and Wilhelmsen Maritime Services. The two main investments are in NorSea Group AS and Qube Holdings Limited.
