In 2023, the company conducted a share buyback program from Wednesday 10 May at 09:00 to Friday 12 May at 16:30. Following completion of the program, Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA ownes a total of 400 000 own shares, split on 300 000 A-shares and 100 000 B-shares.

In 2019, the company conducted a share buyback program from Tuesday 24 September at 09:00 to Thursday 26 September at 16:30. Following completion of the program, Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA owned a total of 1 823 824 own shares, split on 537 092 A-shares and 1 286 732 B-shares. The shares were cancelled through a capital reduction completed on 7 September 2021.
