Wilhelmsen Port Services recognizes climate change as a critical global challenge and is committed to contributing to climate action by reducing greenhouse gas emissions and enhancing operational resilience to climate-related risks. Wilhelmsen Port Services will integrate climate considerations into business strategies, set measurable targets to reduce emissions, and promote the use of low-carbon technologies and sustainable practices across its operations and supply chain.

Environmental Management:

Wilhelmsen Port Services will establish, implement, and maintain a robust Environmental Management System (EMS) aligned with internationally recognized standards. The EMS will provide a structured approach to managing environmental performance, setting measurable objectives, and driving continuous improvement.

Risk Management:

We will identify, assess, and manage environmental and climate-related risks within our operations and supply chain. Wilhelmsen Port Services will take a proactive approach to mitigate risks and enhance resilience through targeted initiatives and risk management practices.

Resource Efficiency:

Wilhelmsen Port Services will promote resource efficiency by reducing waste, conserving energy, and optimizing water usage. We will implement practical measures to minimize our environmental footprint and contribute to global sustainability goals.

The policy is endorsed and approved by the Wilhelmsen Port Services management team and is applicable from March 17, 2025.
