Navadan CleanTank is ideal for the removal of soot from Inert Gas System (IGS). This biodegradable product is effective for cleaning cargo tanks after vegetable oils, animal oils, fatty acids, fish oils, greases, waxes, sludge, soot carbon deposits.

Navadan CleanTank is heavy duty water based tank cleaner, usedon tanker vessels mainly for Inert Gas Systems (IGS) for the removal of soot deposit and tank cleaning after vegetable oils, animal oils fatty acids, fish oils, greases, waxes, sludge and carbon deposits . Specially formulated for high cleaning efficiency with high quality surface active agents. Navadan CleanTank is highly concentrated and can be diluted with water for multiple cleaning application. The product is free of hydrocarbon solvents and is biodegrable.

Directions for use
Cleaning of IGS (Inert Gas Soot) in Cargo Tanks:
Recirculation method with tank washing machines is recommended using a 6-7% solution in freshwater at 70°C. Leave for approx. 30 minutes before rinsing with freshwater. Keep surface wet.
CargoTank Cleaning - General:
Navadan CleanTank can be applied by brush, spray, direct injectionmethod or recirculation method. The recommended cleaning temperature ranges from ambient to 80°C and depends upon the type of cargo residues.
Direct injection method with tank washing machines: Dosage rate 10-50 liters per 1000 liters wash water. (1–5%) Recirculation method: Use dosage rate of 20-50 liter per 1000 liter wash water. We recommend using fresh water, but if not, feasible seawater can be used.
