Carl Schou joined the Wilhelmsen group in 2005 as Crew Manager and worked his way to become President of WSM from 2008. With his seafaring background and maritime knowledge, Carl is opinionated and has a sharp eye for industrial changes.

Haakon Lenz has more than 25 years of maritime experience. He leads WSM’s offshore wind initiative in Europe and has in-depth knowledge on marine asset management. Haakon feels that renewable energy is the way to go for the sustainable future of the maritime sector.

Paal Gunnulfsen has been active in the maritime industry for 28 years being involved in technical and project management for many shipping segments. He is particularly strong in gas-related ship management and follows that segment with great interest.

Kenny Lee is responsible for managing talents in WSM’s onshore offices. Taking care of employees’ wellbeing is his priority to retain our prized asset – our people. He is passionate in talent development for the maritime industry and leads the maritime trainee project in WSM Asia.

Christina Cheh has been with the Wilhelmsen Group for close to 17 years. Christina’s sailing experiences before coming on shore provides insight to operate and manage ships with HSEQ excellence. She is also one of the key person to bring digitalization into ship/shore reporting processes.

John Beck leads WSM’s procurement team with a vision to continuously improve and enhance the procurement experience for clients and vendors. John has 30 years of experience in procurement management. John believes that technology and transparency should work hand-in-hand to ensure that the goods and services purchased on behalf of clients represent excellent value for money and fully comply with the required quality standards.

Daniel Reinsborg leads WSM’s financial functions in Asia. He is an advocate for accounting digital transformation in day-to-day financial functions so that the employees are able to spend more meaningful time crunching numbers for more critical accounts.
