System audits
Attending equipment, a system or series of systems to review their functionality and the production of report detailing faults and or recommendations on how to improve their functionality.

System upgrades
replacing or improving the functionality of existing equipment or systems to meet current regulations or a  customers specific needs.

System integration
Drawings showing the detailed design of an application of a system (normally not our own) and its fit to other systems within the vessel.

CAD design modules
A package of drawings held electronically of system design and or system integration.

Documentation
Hard copy drawings of a system design and or system integration including installation guidelines and other used information.

Contract management
The process of managing the fulfilment of an order for a relatively standard system application including documentation delivery and commissioning.

Project management
The process of managing the fulfilment of an order for a complex system or series of systems including design, documentation, procurement, delivery, FAT, installation, site management and commissioning.

Installation
The process of fitting equipment, a system or series of systems into a vessel, rig or platform.

Flying squads
A group of engineers or technicians who are available to attend and carry out  work on equipment or a system/application at short notice, anywhere in the world.

Riding crews
A group of engineers or technicians who are available to travel with a vessel and carry out  work on equipment or a system/application whilst the vessel is in operation.

Commissioning
The process of ensuring the correct installation of equipment, a system or series of systems and proper testing and start up of these systems.

Compliance & approvals
Ensuring that  equipment or systems supplied conforms to marine and or offshore rules and regulations either from a functional perspective or with documented evidence of such conformance as appropriate.

Local technical support
Advisory services to a customer given locally (in terms of proximity and language) on the installation, design and functionality of equipment or a system and the appropriate application of these items.
