Documentation
Hard copy drawings of a system design and or system integration including installation guidelines and other related information

Contract management
The process of managing the fulfilment of an order for a relatively standard system application including documentation delivery and commissioning

Project management
The process of managing the fulfilment of an order for a complex system or series of systems including design, documentation, procurement, delivery, FAT, installation, site management and commissioning

Installation
The process of fitting equipment, a system or series of systems into a vessel, rig or platform

Commissioning
The process of ensuring the correct installation of equipment, a system or series of systems and proper testing and start up of these systems

Ensuring that equipment or systems supplied conforms to marine and or offshore rules and regulations either from a functional perspective or with documented evidence of such conformance as appropriate

Local technical support
Advisory services to a customer given locally (in terms of proximity and language) on the installation, design and functionality of equipment or a system and the appropriate application of these items
