In Korea all ports are very tight. At them moment earliest is about 24 December and some suppliers have 28 December as their earliest. Reason is that refiners are reducing their production due reduced margins. And a lot of the barges are used for asphalt transportation. And 1 January delivery is allmost impossble in Korea
In Singapore a lot of the suppliers have 30 December as their earliest. And those who have earlier may easily take undue advantage.
