The switchboards are custom-built total solutions from design to production, test, installation and commissioning for yards, the offshore industry and industrial installations all over the world. Design and engineering is based on components that are readily available worldwide. The switchboards are manufactured in accordance with IEC 60439 and IEC 60092-302. They are built of 2-3 mm steel sheet profiles, which are all welded to ensure a strong construction. The framework can also be made of standardized modular sheet steel profiles that are screwed together and suitable for marine applications.
 
The busbars consist of high conductivity copper rated and clamped to withstand the dynamic forces and thermal effects of the prospective fault current of the system. All steel works are degreased, rust inhibitor/primer treated and painted in a grey colour (RAL 7032) or in accordance with the customer's requirements.
