Ship operation, ship supplies and service to ships will be carried out in a professional, efficient and safe manner in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.

Good and open communication and thorough exchange of information are key elements in our integrated network. The use of a common language is our tool for ensuring that everyone involved is working in accordance with our objectives. English is therefore our working and command language.

Every employee must familiarise themselves with all relevant governing documentation and instructions issued by the management, and be fully updated at all times on the rules and regulations and other relevant information required for a first-class performance of their duties.

Our activities may occasionally give rise to undesired events in the form of operational, technical or personnel-related incidents or customer complaints. Such events will be analysed and corrected and the results distributed so that the whole organisation can learn from them and take appropriate corrective action to prevent any recurrence.
