Cylinder delivery restrictions:
Whilst our Cylinder exchange system is supported in all the Ports listed in our Product Guide and Network Directory there are the following exceptions due to local regulations beyond our control:

Strictly Equal Exchange only:
China: Nanjing
Brazil: ALL Ports

Limitation on difference between Delivered/Collected:
Taiwan:
Kaoshiung - limited of difference to 12 pieces
ALL other ports in Taiwan - limited to difference of 6 pieces

Delivery/Collection only via Ship Agent:
China: Shanghai anchorage/off ports

No delivery or collection possible at all:
