Wilhelmsen Ships Service, which is Seatrade’s exclusive agent in Gibraltar, was invited to join in the celebrations to greet the ''River Phoenix”. As the ship arrived, it was greeted with fire-tugs spraying water and a small flotilla of vessels. Wilhelmsen Ships Service exchanged commemoration gifts with the captain.
Seatrade is a large specialised reefer shipping company, operating a fleet of around 140 vessels with a total cargo capacity of well over 50 million cubic feet. Wilhelmsen Ships Service has been working closely with the company for the last two years. A strong partnership has developed between the two companies and it is expected that there will be significant growth in business for Wilhelmsen Ships Service in the region in the future.
