Trine will work on the company’s Customer Services concept through implementation of standardised processes and tools, best practice, operational guidelines and providing key sales and customer support. She will also manage roles and responsibilities related to basic customer and vessel data, which includes the responsibility for Central Services in Kuala Lumpur.
Trine started her career in shipping with Unitor in 1999 in Customer Service. She then moved on working in the Scandinavian sales team before joining International Sales where she has held a number of key positions. Her most recent position was Customer Support Manager in International Customer Services. Her new position incorporates the former roles of Customer Support Manager and Sales Support Manager in the team.
Trine comments, “I am very excited about taking on this new combined role. At Wilhelmsen Ships Service we are proud of implementing continuous improvement in all our systems and procedures, to make the customer’s experience as smooth as possible. I am looking forward to the challenges this involves.”
Trine will report to Vice President International Customer Services, Siri Jacobsen.
