Barklav (Romania) SRL, Manning Services is an independent crewing agent located in Constanta, Romania. The Torvald Klaveness Group and Wilhelmsen Ship Management established the company on 17th  May 2000. 

Barklav manning services has been licensed to provide seafarers and land workers for overseas employment by Romanian authorities. The company provides officers and ratings to the founding companies as well as to other Norwegian and international owners and managers.

The Barklav office- and recruitment procedures have been established in accordance with ISO 9001/2008 standards. The management staff consists of senior officers with previous seagoing experience aboard Norwegian managed vessels
