Marine Subsea AS, based at Lysaker, Norway has awarded Wilhelmsen Shipmanagement Norway technical management of two offshore vessels (Light Well Intervention vessels).
These vessels are Ulstein SX121 designed and are OCV/IMR type, which means that they are able to perform special tasks related to offshore installations. The first vessel named MV Sarah is scheduled for delivery in July 2009. The second vessel is MV Karianne scheduled for delivery in October 2010.
Vessel management will be handled through the Offshore Department / Fleet at Lysaker. Fleet Manager, Stian Odegaard has been instrumental in securing the business.
