From October 1st, International Accounting Services (IAS) will change name to Barber Vessel Accounting (BVA).
Since 2004, Barber's centralized accounting department, International Accounting Services (IAS), in Kuala Lumpur, has processed and paid all invoices on behlaf of the owners of the vessels mangaged by Barber Ship Management.
From October 1st, 2006 this department will be renamed. The new name is Barber Vessel Accounting (BVA), while details such adress, phone and fax will, unless for the e-mail, remain unchanged.
The name change is meant to reflect the departments main priority, which is invoicing handling, book-keeping and financial reporting for the vessels under management of Barber Ship Management. The name change also visualizes that the excellent employees of this department are a part of Barber Ship Management.
