The new vessels will have a capacity of 6,400 cars and the purchase price per vessel is just below USD 50 millions. The first vessel will be delivered in October 2004, and the next two vessels will be delivered in January 2005 and July 2005 respectively. The vessels will be employed in Wallenius Wilhelmsen Lines and EUKOR Car Carriers.
Simultaneously, the Parties signed an Optional Agreement giving Wilh. Wilhelmsen the right to order another 3 vessels from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.
