Truls Jensen has been deputy group controller in Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA. He has been with the company since 2001.
Jensen has a Master of Science in Business and Economics from the University of Colorado, USA and came from the position as commercial finance manager in the Coca-Cola Company, Norway.
Truls Jensen will take up his new responsibilities as of 1 June 2006. He will replace Olav Haugland who has accepted a position outside the WW group.
