Trude has long and extensive experience within Human Resources and Organisational Development. Her latest assignment was as HR Manager with Simonsen Føyen Advokatfirma DA, a position she held for three years. As a member of the Management Group, she contributed to the establishment of a common corporate culture, as well as being responsible of career-, competence and organisational development. During the period 1994 - 2001 she worked as HR Manager with Elkem ASA and as Director Quality and Personnel with AGA AS.

WW Academy is a strategic partner which offers tailormade courses and activities to increase the competence of employees and management. The competence centre was established in 1999.
