Thomas Wilhelmsen is currently group vice president shipping, and will combine his current position with that of deputy GCEO.
Thomas Wilhelmsen will in his new role focus on all segments of the group and will also join the Board of Directors of Wilhelmsen Maritime Services (WMS).
With the appointment of Thomas Wilhelmsen, WW has two deputy GCEOs in line with what has been the case previously. Deputy GCEO Sjur Galtung will continue his special focus on WW’s activities in South Korea and will increase his responsibilities towards WMS and its business areas.
