Nils Petter Dyvik (53) has been appointed group chief financial officer of Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA (WW) with effect from 1 August 2007. He will step down from his current post as president and CEO of Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics (WWL) on 1 April.
Mr Dyvik served as a deputy group chief executive and vice president for shipping at WW from 1999 to November 2002. Before joining the group, his posts included president of Den Norske Amerikalinje, deputy vice president at Christiania Bank and a vice president of I M Skaugen. |

Mr Dyvik will take over from Sjur Galtung (63), who remains deputy group chief executive of WW. He has previously combined this post with that of CFO.
Mr Galtung will concentrate in future on directorships and on supporting WW’s extensive global organisation. With WW since 1971, he has held a number of management positions in the group.

Arild B Iversen (52) will take over as president and CEO of Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics in succession to Mr Dyvik on 1 April 2007. He is currently senior vice president for shipping and logistics at WW.
Mr Iversen has held various positions with the group since 1979, including 18 years in liner services, responsibility for international operation, marketing and customer contact, and head of the WW office in Singapore through the Barwil agency company. |

He has also been in charge of yield management for WWL. He is a business graduate of the Norwegian School of Management (BI). |

Thomas Wilhelmsen (32) is to become group vice president for shipping of WW on 1 April. He is currently regional vice president for northern Europe in Barwil Unitor Ships Service, part of Wilhelmsen Maritime Services (WMS). He has previously served with Wilhelmsen Lines Car Carriers Ltd and the shipping department of WW, and held various other positions in the group. He has also been managing director of Wilh. Wilhelmsen Investment in Australia. Mr Wilhelmsen has an MA in business organisation from Heriot-Watt University in the UK. |

Stephen Cadden (43) has been appointed to a newly-established post as group vice president for logistics at WW. He comes from the post of director of international development at Korea’s Glovis logistics company (owned 20% by WW).
Mr Cadden has held a number of different posts in various countries for WW group companies and partners since 1990. These include responsibility in 1999-2005 for developing WWL’s logistics division and its supply chain management service. |

He holds an MBA from the University of Baltimore.
When they take up their new positions, Mr Dyvik, Mr Wilhelmsen and Mr Cadden will become members of WW’s corporate management team. This is headed by Ingar Skaug, the group president and CEO. |
