Wilhelm Wilhelmsen has stepped down as President and Group chief executive officer ("GCEO") of WW and has resumed his former position as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Leif T. Løddesøl has been elected Vice Chairman.
Ingar Skaug has taken over as President and GCEO in WW.
Nils P. Dyvik has left his position as Deputy GCEO in WW to take over as President and GCEO of Wallenius Wilhelmsen Lines AS.
Arild B. Iversen has been appointed Senior Vice President in charge of Strategy/Logistics/Chartering and Wilhelmsen Lines AS/Wilhelmsen Lines Shipowning AS. Arild B. Iversen was formerly Vice President of Business Performance in Wallenius Wilhelmsen Lines AS.
Emil Gamborg will reach the age of retirement during 2003 and Bjørn Berggrav (52) will as of 1 January 2003 head the Corporate Legal Department, while Mr. Gamborg will continue as a legal special adviser.
Pål N. Andresen has taken over as Managing Director of Barber Ship Management AS, Oslo and as Head of Barber's Region Europe. He replaces Petter Larsen who will retire early this year. Pål N. Andresen has left the position as Head of Barber's Region Asia and Vice President of Barber Ship Management Sdn Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
