Agerup is currently deputy group CFO (chief financial officer) in WW. Earlier appointments include group treasurer in WW and finance manager in Wilhelmsen Lines. She has also been head of strategic asset allocation and later CFO in KLP Insurance, a Norwegian pension insurer and risk manager in Den norske Bank.
Agerup has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian school of Economics and Business Administration in Bergen.
The head of Strategy Planning and Innovation is part of the corporate management team in WW, headed by group CEO Ingar Skaug. Agerup will also have the responsibility of coordinating certain development projects. She will continue to act as board secretary for the WW board of directors (BoD) and be chair of the WW Pension Fund. She is a member of the BoD in Den norske Krigsforsikring for Skib, Protector Insurance and member of the Committee of Norwegian Hull Club.
Agerup will start in her new position at the end of October after finishing the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
