The vessels, which have a car carrying capacity of 6,500 units, will be delivered ultimo 2006. The vessels will be built at Gdynia Shipyard in Poland and will be employed in Wallenius Wilhelmsen Lines.
The negotiations have been lengthy and were concluded yesterday evening.
The agreed T/C hire will reflect a price per vessel just under USD 55 millions.
