Annual General Meeting in Wilh. Wilhelmsen 2007

On 7 May 2007, an annual general meeting was held in Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA (WW).

The AGM adopted the board`s proposal to distribute a dividend of NOK 5.50 per share, to be noted ex dividend Tuesday 8 May 2007.
