1. Purpose and Objective
The objective of the programme is to give the participants a good understanding of how we conduct project management within WW group. It also aims to prepare the participants to take on a role as project manager, or as a project member. The programme is practical and provides participants with templates and tools which can be used to make effective project plans.
In addition, the programme gives participants a global network of people who work or want to work in projects.
2. Scope and Content
This programme is divided into two modules plus pre-work. Participants are expected to do project work in groups in-between modules. The pre-work is an eLearning programme that gives an introduction to the basic vocabulary and processes used in project management.
Further on the programme is based on action learning where the participants do a lot of hands on group work. In between working in groups there are lectures and exercises. Participants learn how to plan and conduct projects, about management of projects, the tool project place and WW group’s project execution model.
3. Target Group
The programme suiteable for employees who need to learn how to structure, plan and execute projects. It is also relevant for people who work on complex tasks that involves many people and interdependent processes.
